Lucien_Lachance A curiosity question: If it were up to you, would you use long-term maintenance kernel releases (e.g. 5.10, expected to be supported through December 2022, 5.15, expected to be supported through October 2023, and so on) or would you continue current practice of upgrading with each short-term maintenance release?
The advantage of using long-term releases is that you don't get stuck, but the advantage of short-term releases (typically about 4 months before EOL) is that the kernel is more likely to support new hardware at the expense of getting stuck with a post-EOL kernel if anything glitches in testing. If I remember right, there was a call for folks to test 5.15 a while back, and that suggests that there was a need for more than routine testing.
