Wi-Fi and "limited" connection

Hi, guys!
Two syncs ago I noticed the strange thing: Solus thinks that my Wi-Fi has only a limited connection, but the Internet works with no problems. "!" is the only symptom, but it looks strange and may be distracting. Is it a bug or something else?

I have the same problem, but wired.
After a test on SpeedTest, I don't see any drop.
Does anyone have this problem?

Usul I have the same problem since I switched from openvpn (because openvpn as I had configured it had stopped working) to the app pia like explained here, so I thought it was related to the pia vpn app, but maybe I was wrong.

I also use PIA. I tested with Openvpn and WireGuard. Same problem. It doesn't seem to have an impact on the connection, but I'm not sure
