RAinb0wStAr9938 Axios I tried to replace QUIET SPLASH with nomodeset=0, then I tried logging in as the live session user to start the X server but I got an error.
The correct parameter is just nomodeset (without =0). Just to make sure, have you already tried it with plain nomodeset?
Your kernel parameters should look something like this (plus the stuff after that):
