Justin I use Adapta-Nokto-Eta , I also looked into gnome-look page but found nothing . So I decided to crop a win logo img that I've found on the web and try to implement it in my system and change the default button. But that is probably too hard for me to do since i don't know where exactly is the folder that holds the menu icon i looked in /gnome-shell/ but that's where i am stuck . Here is the crop img I made since I can't find the extension 
it is 32x32
Edit: Lol , I do realize there is so much more to it, like making cmd for it to change once you click it and etc.. My plan is still not going further then to try replacing the default icon with this. XD
