Greetings from Germany.
Please excuse me but english is not my first language.
I'm using Solus OS Budgie for round about four years and i had to say thank you to the team, all the people behind and to the community for there hard work to make this happened.
I like Budgie a lot but the only annoying thing was that tiny, little clock in the budgie-panel which has no option for font and size.
I found a solution that works for me. If anybody find it useful feel free to tinker with it.
Go to Budgie-Desktop-Settings -> Panel -> Clock -> custom format -> copy one of the codes from above and paste it in. You will see the effect.
<span font_desc="Droid Sans 12"> %a %d %b </span> <span font_desc="Droid Sans 13" weight="Bold" >%H:%M</span>
If you prefer AM/PM
<span font_desc="Droid Sans 12"> %a %b %d </span> <span font_desc="Droid Sans 13" weight="Bold" >%I:%M %p</span>
If you like my bash-prompt go to home/your username -> show hidden files -> find .bashrc -> open with gedit -> copy and paste the code above under the line that was in the .bashrc file. Don't forget to make a copy before.

All in all a very nice "green". I like the new style. Many thx to the team.

c2p What's the theme used here? I'm trying to find some nice one with green accents

      12 days later

Got an older Laptop from a friend of mine because Win11 is too slow on this machine.
The install and update of Solus KDE went smooth, all fine.
All in all a very nice Laptop.

c2p it's amazing how poorly current Windows runs on perfectly decent hardware!

***I am brand new to the budgie dock. two weeks now. I like the very clean look. and I never get sick of the old solus Tullamore pics.

I've done a lot of little tweaks over the years with Solus - custom styles, four custom system tray apps I made, rotating wallpapers, etc. Really like how I've gotten it by this point.

            Hi Brent,
which package did you install too get that dock (up there)?

              pokmu
Would you tell us which wallpaper that is?
Could you share it with us?
              It's such a nice photograph!

                Miko
Thank you, just saw that, too.
                EDIT:
Found it, you click TOP in the POSITION settings. [But how can one move the dock to the top of the screen as Brent has done it?]

SOLUSfiddler glad you liked the simplicity.
                  whatever I did here:

resulted in the tullamore picture above as soon as I activated the dock slider:

so it centered itself is how I remember it.

brent I never get sick of the old solus Tullamore pics.

My wife and I used to use that (or similar) as our lock screen backgrounds, so when we locked our computers at night, they displayed that night scene. Now, we just hibernate them, so they turn off completely at night, and I kinda miss those backgrounds.

EDIT: That reminds me, I miss Tulamore Dew, as well. I need to add some to our next grocery order.

WetGeek I got Jameson's on the list. 🥃 . Usually a holiday staple but has been a year--

Did you also just get Firefox update on a Wednesday night? Must have been some critical vulnerability.

edit. looks like @Harvey just fixed a handful of known bugs (via changelog)
