The update speed could be faster , i don't know if there's a problem from my side , for example maybe i need to restart my router or something or the mirrors are a bit slow
Mirror speed is something we'll be addressing when we add Fastly as the CDN frontend again.
There's no support for my rtl2838 dvb-t tv tuner which is fully compatible out of the box in all linux distros and even on freebsd. If you can help me to install what firmware it may need or compile any modules required please HELP! !!!!!

Absolutely not. Not only are the two packaging and binary systems completely incompatible, but we have no intention on supporting a "user repository".
