Tried the Solseek for a first time. KDE Plasma, updated and fresh booted.
Solseek greeted me with a very long caching process.
Along the way reported about flatpak connection timeout (not using flatpacks on this machine anyway)
On the second run missed the package descriptions and reported that disk is full.
Gobbled up all the RAM.
Dolphin started to spam random empty variations of dolphin.* in /tmp with a hasty one second delay. Also disables the show hidden files flag. Tons of files, to the point of draining the RAM empty.
Uninstalled Solseek and rebooted.
But, it seems something changed in Plasma configuration. Dolphin kept spamming temporary files even after reboots. Eventually it pushed the very descriptive notification "Process finished" and stopped the spam.
Okay... Sorry for the impossibility of the further adventures on my side but I need this PC healthy and working urgent. Posted it because I'm curious about what is actually happened - if anyone have any idea.
