I managed to open neohtop, here's how:

Enter the terminal command:
WEBKIT_DISABLE_DMABUF_RENDERER=1 neohtop
and here's the result:

You also need to know how to launch this command from the menu; to do this, I use the "Menu Principal" (Main Menu) flatpak application and I modify the default command to run, like this:

and it works!

Oh yeah, now that you mention it that's the same thing I have to do for yelp (and now that I re-check that issue it's the same error message without). There is a webkit patch I keep meaning to add which apparently fixes this (but I'm not sure it's available for the latest version still)

what is "up"? I know It's alias, but what you have in there? I do upgrades like this:

sudo eopkg upgrade -y

for me it works everytime

Tried removing and adding the repo again, tried building database again, still says no packages to update.
And it's correct as I am already up to date. Reading the post initially I thought we were getting Plasma 6.4.2 but it's still in testing. My mistake for reading the post incorrectly. I also forgot when I updated my system but I must have done it without realising it. Anyway, sorry for wasting your time and thank you for the replies.
