Why does Ubuntu Budgie have Plank, but Solus does not have Plank by default and does not have it as an option? Is Plank no longer supported by its developers?
P.S.Most of the tags don't work to create this topic, and you can't put your own tags :с

sudo eopkg it plank
, if you really want it.
Keep in mind a couple of things, tough.

Thank you, you seemed to answer me aggressively. I saw the comments of users about Wayland, I am waiting for it as well as you.
"Aggressively" ?
CorvusRuber passive-aggressive
My nickname is taken from the Brazilian TV series CLONE, in its European name O CLONE
So...I'm not a clone, don't be afraid
One of our values in Solus land is "be kind". With this in mind, we try to avoid assumptions that someone is giving advice in bad faith, or assign negative associations like passive aggressiveness without evidence. It's better to give people the benefit of the doubt, especially when they are volunteering their time to answer questions.
@CorvusRuber has been a valuable contributor to the forums for years. We appreciate them, and all our other volunteers. Please treat them with respect. Thanks.
Ubuntu Budgie has their own vision of Budgie. Plank is 3rd party dock app, not part of Budgie project. Budgie has its own option to create native dock if you want it.
Solarmass I don't know about this option...
Solarmass So what is this? What utility functions as a dock bar?
You can create a new Panel in Budgie Settings, go to Panel Settings and enable Dock Mode. I never used it as I prefer real panels over docks.
Solarmass Thanks for the reply. Exactly. I forgot about custom manipulations with Budgie panels!
