inkbug if you are trying to install in identical fashion all 3 times that could be a reason.
i.e. if ventoy fails I make a dedicated etcher usb and if that fails a different usb stick and if that fails maybe try it old school with DD. etc
end of day if it works on old machine and not on new its not the first time I've seen, or you, a "too new, wait for iso" thread.
only other thing I can think of, which I know you already thought of, is BIOS. I will tell you a weird story of when I installed 4.5 on a laptop this weekend. Installed but blank, no boot. I had to create a Master Bios password and when I did that more settings opened up (not the stupid secureboot one either) and somewhere in all these new settings I trial and errored til Solus booted.
I realize you never got past the failure to install at all (is that right?) but just passing on the end of my brain cells this fine night 🙂
