AlphaElwedritsch I reinstalled my system a few days ago, ran the update and everything is OK.
For what it's worth, I concur. The last time I reinstalled Solus Plasma, more than 800 packages were updated, compared with the original .ISO file that I used. The update took very little time. There were zero issues of any kind when I rebooted.
If waiting for a new .ISO to be released makes you feel more secure, @mouse_AUS, by all means, it's your choice. But simply running an update after installing from an older .ISO file is one of Solus' most incredible features, IMHO.
And as it happens, I'm a crew-level contributor, and I do have all the newer .ISO files stored on my system, but the original one was already burned to a flash drive. It was simply more convenient to use that, instead of burning a newer one, and the result was the same.
