I have run into a very bizarre problem where I can run either a steam game or firefox but not both at the same time. This occurred after applying updates the sunday after W36. There were some bizarre issues leading up to this including steam looping it's startup over and over, steam only running in the background, and firefox crashing upon opening steam.
In the process of fixing those bizarre issues I reinstalled steam twice while deleting the .steam folder, and did a complete fresh install of my nvidia drivers.
Edit: I did also reinstall firefox while deleting the .mozilla folder
If I open firefox first it works fine but any game will crash upon opening due to not detecting a graphics device or other graphics related errors. And if I open a game first it will work fine but I will not be able to open firefox
btop does not indicate that the gpu is being overutilized or anything and the memory usage is stitting at 40% with a game open when I try to open firefox and it crashes. Sometimes firefox will be able to be opened but will crash if I try to play any type of media.

I really do not know what is causing this issue. I have never run into a similar issue prior however my systems have had a history of errors including ones with seemingly no solution. Again, these latest issues only came after updating my device to the latest, no other changes other than those listed have been made. This is incredibly frustrating as in the past few months I have faced more issues with Solus than ever before.
