[deleted]

"Are you trying to enlarge a partition of a running system?" Het. <---- Russian for no
I was operating with Mint 21.1. One cannot change an active partition while using the same
OS.

Brent, you can see what repairing my OSs have done to my head.

blueicetwice my own head would have a weep hole for the non-stop air escaping it as I repair stuff and resembles a deflated beach ball left on the ground after a grateful dead concert. and the normal part is I never repair the install.

Holely Vaca <----- Latin for Cow, success to address.
Gentlemen, I simply decided to go forward with the formatting since,
I have an internal HDD which contains the backup of my Linux Battalions.
I targeted both HDD, with the gray matter in the partition. [non-formatted]
Bang, let the band "play we shall overcome."

Thank you, for everyone's input. Staudey, I will still review both of your linkies.
A rolling stone, leaves no kernel unturned.
