ncmpcpp ignores clock binding

Has anyone else experienced an issue where ncmpcpp won't use the default "=" binding for "show_clock" and when changed in ~.ncmpcpp/bindings doesn't fix it? It's driving me crazy. Already nuked my bindings file, reinstalled ncmpcpp, and fiddled with the config file to no avail.

Any help would be appreciated.

It almost appears as though the Solus pre-compiled version of ncmpcpp doesn't have the clock included in the compiled pages. I'll see if I can compile it with the flag and check the difference.

Yes! That appears to be the issue. Whoever maintains ncmpcpp has compiled the binary without the clock page. Compiling it with the necessary configuration arguments shows the clock now:
