Is this during installation process or after successfully reboot to newly installed system?
If this is during installation process, you can just close the installer and try again. If not successful again, try restart the machine and try again. Usually installation only last around 10-20 minutes.
If this is after successful reboot to newly installed machine, you can try updating the machine via terminal with sudo eopkg up. Let us know if there is more. Cheers!
