Yes, 32-bit EFI with 64-bit OS. Some old Bay/Cherry trail tablets and Apple Macs were set up this way. Fedora includes a BOOTIA32.EFI file that the EFI finds to call the bootloader. You can't boot Solus this way. I wish I knew more about how it works, but I think it's due to the use of systemd-boot, whereas all the 32-bit EFI compatible distros use GRUB.
