Hello
First of all, I was a former Solus user but during the Solus crisis I migrated to Void Linux. It was a very painful decision. 🙁
Anyways, I had the same problem, my home computer was unable to boot with kernel 6.5 (but my laptop booted fine), so I had to install an LTS kernel (6.1). These are the CPU and GPU of my home computer, if you need more detail, I can install inxi and show it to you:
CPU: Intel Pentium G4400 (2) @ 3.300GHz
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GT 710
Yesterday I received a new update of the Nvidia470 driver, I had a gut feeling that the problem might be related to this, so I reinstalled the 6.5 kernel and yes, it booted! Below you can find a link to the Void patch
https://github.com/void-linux/void-packages/tree/master/srcpkgs/nvidia470
Maybe your problem is completely unrelated to mine, unless I'm mistaken you don't use a Nvidia card, but just in case, I wanted to share this.
PS: Although Void is very cool and it has become one of my favorite distros, I still miss Solus, and lately I am thinking about coming back. 🙂
