Chriping sound in headphones while not playing audio

Hello,
i use Legion 5 15ITH6 with I5-11400H and gtx 1650.
When I use headphones and its not playing audio silent chriping sound appear. How to fix that ?
When I have external monitor connected via hdmi chriping sound disappear.
How can i fix that or change audio driver to nvidia audio driver ?

I tried to modify alsa-base.conf but it didn't help:

Does the chirping get noisier under some circumstances? (e.g. when computer is under load)

computer load and volume raise does not affect the noise and it's volume, but whenever i play audio, even muted noise disappear.

I don't know, but I would try to "play" with pulse's volume adjustment:
~ $ pavucontrol

actually it is 0 (maybe by default)

ramzes Have you used any other operating systems on your laptop and did you encounter the noise on them? If so, then it may be interference from nearby components on the motherboard.
