Can't install Solus 4.3 (Plasma)

Hello,

I have a laptop HP Probook 445 (AMD Ryzen 5 5625U with Radeon Graphics).
I have a live-USB of Solus 4.3 (Plasma).
When I start my laptop, the screen freezes and I have these errors :

I trie to add "acpi=off" and "acpi=off nomodeset" at the end of the line (after typed the touch 'e') but I got a black screen and nothing happend

Yass The 4.3 iso is out of date, the devs are working on releasing the new iso. I think you should wait for 4.4. You can technically try getting the 4.2 iso from distro watch, that iso worked for me.

I don't know what is a distro watch... do you suggest me tro get the 4.2 from this link https://distrowatch.com/?newsid=11145 ?

Yass That doesn't works with Solus 4.2 ...
The same error except a new message "pci : AMD-Vi : Unable to read/write to IOMMU perf counter"

I think I will choose another distro, I didn't have this problem with Manjaro and Ubuntu Mate... only with Solus OS

Because it is old and due to some issues (organizational and technical) there wasn't a new ISO release for quite a while now. This is currently in the works now, you just came slightly too early for the 4.4 ISO. Not much longer now though.

Interesting, I use a ISO dvd to re-install Solus when i need to. Works quite well, for me anyway.

Yes, that's why I'm saying you'll probably have to wait a bit for 4.4 (unless you want to try an ugly workaround). An older ISO is of course even worse when it comes to support for new hardware.

Make sure CSM / Legacy boot is turned off from BIOS. Make sure Secure Boot is disabled. Try if "iommu=off" makes any difference.
