Played around with a few distributions back in 2020 and found Solus to be the easiest. Specifically when it came to gaming.
An example, when installing the Lutris package from their Software Center it included all of the needed dependencies. While installing it on other distributions I would run into warnings about Vulkan being missing or ESync not working. That lead to modifying configuration files, hunting down the missing dependencies or adding third party repositories to install the missing dependencies. Can’t confirm if other distributions improved packaging dependencies with Lutris since I ran into those warnings 2 years ago.
Aside from that I found everything I needed in Software Center. Don’t recall the last time I touched the terminal on Solus. Maybe when I configured a nvidia-smi service to change the power limit at startup a year ago.
