Yes, it's called fsck, for File System Check. It's been about 10 years since I've needed to use it, though, so it would be best to use the argument --help to make sure whether you need to use other arguments (like file system type) or if it defaults to what you're using. In other words, I'm sure about the utility, just don't trust my memory for how it's used. An argument might be needed to tell it to go ahead and fix any problems, instead of just reporting them.
