Judging from the above output, it looks like budgie-trash-applet is trying to create an object for something in the trash, but for some reason can't get the file's information... Why or how that's possible, I have no idea. I also don't know how it would take out the rest of Budgie...
What does the contents of ~/.local/share/Trash/files/ look like? And how about ~/.local/share/Trash/info/, too, for good measure.
