If the menu entry for that is really bothering you, you can probably delete the desktop file at /usr/share/applications/org.gtk.gtk4.NodeEditor.desktop
to get rid of it. Of course this won't persist past updates, and eopkg will claim that the package is broken. You'd probably be better off removing it using something like libremenu.
