Budgie applet made budgie to crash.

Hello, yesterday I was messing around exploring some budgie applets and found a bug in the clock applet that crashes the entire budgie desktop.
When I turn on the option "Custom timezone" the entire budgie desktop crashes and the only option I found is to enter into tty, revert that configuration with dconf, reset butgie-panel and reboot

The question is Where should I make the report? or with this is enogh?.

nolan Staudey Poor Ebon's trash applet still crashes my system so hard it divorces LightDM and I have to put Humpty back together again the hard way.
It's still an unsolved thread where I said the he** with all the debugging steps (fatiguing🙂).
I do miss that trash applet, though.

edit: Note that I can't rule out this is Solus-specific yet, but I'll have to do some other stuff before I can do further testing, gather logs, etc.
