Plasma 5.25 update: Touchpad gestures?

I was really looking forward to the 5.25 update for having touchpad gestures, but I don't see anywhere to enable them. How does it work?

Hmm, according to this discussion they seem to be Wayland-only. Can't say if that's accurate or not.

Staudey That's a bummer. Their announcement page doesn't mention this. I can confirm that switching to Wayland makes the gestures work, but there still seems to be no way to configure (through a GUI at least).

I might just stick with Wayland and see if there are any downsides

Zenurik I tried to look for this, but couldn't find anything in settings either. It will probably come later down the line when Wayland gets official support from the team.

If settings do not exist I highly doubt its due to anything done by Solus so official support or not will not change that.

Harvey Yeah, from the release announcements it sounds like only the touchscreen swipe-from-screen-edge functionality is configurable.
