kpsd package names vary between distributions - I assume libgtk2.0-dev is the package name on Debian and its derivatives? on Solus all the development packages end in -devel. if I was trying to find this one I'd run the following command in the terminal: eopkg search gtk | grep devel (maybe narrowing down the search with libgtk instead or something)
