Greetings to all, I want to know if this project is still active, since I do not see the owner active, they will continue to release more versions or not and they are going through a difficult situation.

Since you've been in the forum for more than a couple weeks, you should know that there were two weekly updates during that time. Solus is a very lively curated rolling distribution that issues updates virtually every Friday/Saturday (depending on your time zone). It's far from inactive.
Stick around a while longer, and you'll quickly see why we love Solus so much. Have you installed it yet, to give it a try?
Yes, I used it, but since I didn't see changes in versions, and since I don't see many applications for this distribution, I thought it was already dead. Even the creator has disappeared I think.
In this distribution I couldn't install .deb or .rpm packages so what can be installed apart from .eopkg?
- Yes the project is alive.
- The project lead has not disaapeared.
- Of course you can not just install a .rpm or .deb we do not use those package managers. You don't install them on Arch or many other distros either.
Either use Solus or don't, this thread is nonsense, locking.
