mbevks, this is the boot manger screen.
To see what the timeout for the menu is, you can run this command in your terminal:
sudo clr-boot-manager get-timeout
To set it to, for example, ten seconds:
sudo clr-boot-manager set-timeout 10
If you don't want to see it all, and just let Solus automatically select the latest kernel, set the menu timeout to zero:
sudo clr-boot-manager set-timeout 0
(Even if the timeout is set to zero you can enter the menu, if needed, by hitting on the space key during boot. A bit hit-and-miss as to when to hit space exactly, so best to continually tap on space until the menu shows.
