Software center organization and stuff

Hello,

So I am attempting to uninstall a flatpak (Lollipop) which doesn't correspond to how it is listed in either the software center or applications (or one to the other). How would I find this?

If I hide some software from the application menu to clean up the presentation, how would I find it again if needed?

In the software center, is there a means to denote which programs are core, which ones are installed by me, programs I have no idea what they do but are need for some other application, or even organize them by date installed so I have some means of of understanding what I am looking at?

And while I'm here, can I have a pony?

Flatpaks won't show up in the Software Center at all. That functionality hasn't been implemented yet. All the apps and libraries you see in the Software Center are .eopkg packages from the Solus repository.
You can see your installed flatpaks by opening a terminal and typing the flatpak list --app command.

For the first part, see above. The rest of that functionality isn't provided in a graphical application, but you can get there by using eopkg from the command line.

eopkg list-installed -a "Show automatically installed packages and parent dependency"
eopkg list-installed -i "Show detailed install info" (which includes the install date at the end)

And as to hiding programs in applications and having them reappear in the gui, maybe a means I can arrange programs in a user created menu short of linking them to the desktop?

qsl I'm not quite following, but if you want to edit your menu structure, there are programs like alacarte for that.
