algent I can't replicate this. My suggestion is to reinstall it.
If you can't replicate it, there must be some issue with my installation. I tried reinstalling Amule, unfortunately it didn't solve the issue.
joebonrichie If that doesn't work you can also try to remove the local amule config files (rm -fr ~/.aMule)
I tried this too. Amule doesn't crash anymore, which is a big improvement. Unfortunately, I still can't minimize to tray icon. Perhaps I will delete the .amule files again, and see if it helps.
