ahhhh there lies the heart of the matter. I honestly think this is a great and necessary venture, I hope you discover it's true. (I worked with G4s and all new G5s dual cpu and Raids but never saw those water cooled models). For each OS you experiment with you probably need to use a minimum of 2 weeks with the same software you use now. Some kind of benchmarking tool too.
