Not just you. Will post again when I know more.

Seems to be fixed now. When I confirmed the issue existed I could not download 3 packages without encountering 5 back to back timeouts. Now I have downloaded over 250 packages without a single timeout.

If it re-occurs let me know.

Not much we can do about it currently. Increasing retry attempts to 15 should be enough. Either via --retry-attempts as an eopkg cli arg or cp /usr/share/defaults/eopkg/eopkg.conf /etc/eopkg/eopkg.conf and set retry_attempts to 15.

for me: it seems to be going through on the 10th retry attempt.

@Harvey FYI, I got the "failed to fetch" error this morning (5/13/2020 at 0630 Central Time US) using the terminal, and the Software Center updater stalled out trying to get the repos.
