had my weirdness yesterday.
1) keyring----I see no issues about this at devtracker. my gnome-keyring was borked when I tried to use it with Falkon browser so no more Falkon.
2) pulse audio problems seem to be trending. see necros below your post. reversed as in left speaker is now right channel?
3) snap problem seems to have been around a long time if I had to guess. it had something to do with something their developers refused to fix, if I have the story right..
take the keyring issue to dev tracker for sure.
