How to install essential things for my work ?

hi just little ago I installed solusos, mate, I want to install Microsoft Edge Microsoft teams vscode for my work purposes
how can I get them?

Rajrupdas is Edge a requirement? If your company is using Microsoft365, almost any browser will work. I like Opera for workspaces and Firefox with the multi-account containers to separate my personal/work tabs.

Flatpak for Teams, vscode is in the repos and for Edge there's the official deb.
The deb itself cannot be installed directly on Solus but (since it's more or less an archive) it can be unpacked manually and installed by hand in the proper directories

I'm pretty sure any Chromium based browser will work instead of edge. Brave has worked for everything I have needed.

Edge is a Chromium-based browser. I would guess that Chromium would work fine (or any browser, really).

@Rajrupdas Unfortunately I cannot post my personal repository, but I do believe you can get Microsoft Edge from the Flathub Beta Repo: https://discuss.getsol.us/d/6519-microsoft-edge-linux-flatpak

One more caveat, currently some subscriptions cannot log in to Microsoft Edge on Linux. For example, my Microsoft 365 A1 Plus subscription is not supported yet. Flatpak provides the dev channel, so you might be able to get that support, but I can confirm that this doesn't work on the stable channel which I'm using right now (98.0.1108.50).
