How to get his mutter-rounded on Solus?

Hi guys. What's up? I came across this mutter-rounded:

And I love me some round corners but how can I patch this into my system? It's possible? Anyone with the knowledge to point me in the right direction?

all good. I found a website that promoted their own "official solus mutter eopkg" from shannon while I was searching for a targz for you. But I deleted my post about this site, electing not to advertise it.

Instead, from your link, and from the internets, all I could deduce was that DEB or RPM ONLY exists for mutter-rounded....
...now your search engine search needs to focus on linux users who have cracked the deb or rpm for their own DIY compilation.
Unless of course you get your wish and someone comes along and tells you how to exactly accomplish that.🙂

I would not advise it, while technically possible for you to do it yourself, mutter is core to gnome and budgie. You would have to maintain your mutter-rounded build which potentially means having to rebuild packages against it / rebase patches / handle updates / avoid file conflicts. Additionally we didn't ship it so it would be unsupported, meaning you're on your own fixing any issues that arise and every sync could break things requiring you to mess around with it again.

If you must have it I advise using a distribution that ships with it because I highly doubt Solus would agree to adding that patch to mutter.

Harvey that explains why success stories were lacking in this one and I see similar warnings for the non-aur users in some threads
