abouzar I'm going to read between the lines and make some assumptions that might help sort this out:
(1) You have an existing desktop computer on which you were running Solus 4.3 successfully.
(2) You purchased and installed a new AMD 6600XT graphics card into the desktop computer.
(3) You attempted a fresh install of the Solus 4.3 ISO, downloaded from the Solus website.
(4) The attempted installation failed because you got a black screen.
(5) You ran nomodeset and that resolved the black screen issue, but the installation failed trying to initialize a network connection, giving you an ent0 error.
(5) Because you could not initialize a network connection, you could not complete the Solus installation, including downloading the driver for the AMD 6600XT.
Is this what happened?
The graphics card driver issue is common because, as @WetGeek noted, the current Solus 4.3 is dated. That issue will resolve itself if you can get a working network connection, install with nomodreset and then update the installation.
A few questions to help us help you:
(A) If I am correct that your computer was running Solus 4.3 successfully before you installed the AMD 6600XT, can you remove the AMD 6600XT, replacing it with the graphics card (discrete or onboard) you were running before, and install Solus 4.3 using that graphics card? If so, you should be able to get to a point where you can download the drive for the AMD 6600XT, shut down the computer, install the AMD 6600XT and boot into Solus successfully.
(B) What error message are you getting with the ent0 error?
(C) Does your computer connect to the network using Ethernet or wifi? Whatever the case, can you identify the network adapter your computer is using?
