That was to be my next tutorial. Once you have a VM, you'll want a workspace to use it in. Then, you can work on your Budgie host and simply click the mouse on the VM's workspace to change to that OS. They can both work at the same time, and no need to dual-anything. You can even share a clipboard between them, or drag'n'drop between them.
