squidy66666 New to linux/solus and need a hand on installing "linux-surface" https://github.com/jakeday/linux-surface Can someone give me a resource or directions on hhow to do this, i would be very greatful!
Staudey I think the actively maintained community project moved here: https://github.com/linux-surface/linux-surface Because this involves a custom kernel it would take a lot of continued effort to keep it running correctly with Solus, while at the same time disqualifying you from getting general support due to the profoundly changed system. I know one shouldn't answer a question with "You shouldn't do that!", but in this case I can't think of any other response; except maybe with the addendum "...unless you really know what you're doing and want to keep supporting this yourself in perpetuity."
