Another Logitech user here: M705. Been using it for three years now, still runs on the first set of batteries 😲

brent Logitech write the model number on the mouse, underneath.

Justin I applaud a poster above who said they never had to turn it over yet to replace batteries (me either): M510 FWIW. Thanks for the easy I.D.

    MX Master 2S.
Pretty happy with it in both Windows and Linux.

    a year later

I use a "Roccat Kone Pure OwlEye", not only for playing - it looks and it feels good.

Unfortunately, it is not supported by the "roccat-tools" (Solus repo 5.6 is dated from 12/2018)

I took a look at the git repo, there is an new version 5.7 from 07/2019 with support for this model

So I wrote an email an now I hope...

Microsoft Wireless Mobile Mouse 3500. I use them on all my computers, desktop and laptop, Windows and Linux. Good tracking, reliable, lightweight. Nothing fancy, but work okay and come in enough colors (black, gray, cyan, pink, white) that I can keep track of which mouse goes with which laptop.

      5 days later

What is a mouse? A miserable little pile of secrets. But enough talk… Have at you!

PSX controller! in future will change to an real joystick, like those Logitech ones with buttons on top... everyone knows the real way to control a pointer on the screen is with an airplane like joystick.

I have a wireless Victsing mouse and keyboard combo

Love my Razer Basilisk X Hyperspeed..More than a gaming mouse..!

Got tired of buying Logitech RX250 over and over again so I got a Zowie FK1. While apparently a gaming mouse, it's pretty basic but it doesn't require any software.

On my workstation I used a Logitech g502 for years, gave that to my daughter when I got a G Pro on sale.

        I'm using Gamdias Demeter E2

I mostly use Razer Viper Mini , I have second mouse HyperX pulsefire Pro witch I don't use that much since there is no Ngenuity software fork for linux unfortunately. Maybe it will happen someday 🤞

razer basilisk ultimate. set it up once in windows and got rid of the software. works well
i got tired of logitech mice breaking after a couple of months (backwards scroll bug, double click bug)
shame, logitech used to make decent stuff until a few years ago

downhill That link showed the real human physical cost of computing and the extended section on logi mouses was eye-opening. Even he had to concede that switching to the Dvorak was a bandaid in the long run. What I'm shocked that guy DID NOT talk about was the eyes. Since Covid/working from home my eyes are computer funky. I'm seriously considering going back to outdoor work. My wife brought some cheapy blue-light computer glasses for us that seemed to make no difference. May bring that up on another thread. I took too much bandwidth for this reply🙂
