Files Windows Bug

I encountered this bug after closing OBS.

It wont open the minimized files window despite being clicked on many times. It only after I use the windows switcher that I can open the files window.

What desktop?
Which dock is that?
Is your installation up to date?

You can tell from the panel applets that it is Budgie. Dock is Budgie Panel in dock mode.

I can't reproduce the issue but I know that using it in conjunction with Nautilus Desktop Icons can be problematic. So I'd suggest disabling that and trying without desktop icons. Unfortunately not something I can address until I implement a separate desktop icons view entirely.

JoshStrobl For the record, it is hard to reproduce the bug. I've used Budgie since last month and I've only met this bug maybe wtwice or thrive. And from the lack of people commenting on this thread, maybe only a small fraction of people experienced this. It's not that big of a deal but if you can fix it, that's cool.

I got the same bug on my budgie desktop. I can files, window minimize and don't maxmize it in any way. Only when I use the window switcher I can files windowx maximize. Had anybody a idea what can i do?

Gersen60 It's a known bug. Using alt+tab or the scroll wheel while hovering over the icon will work.

Turning off desktop icons does "fix" the problem. (Its in budgie desktop settings)..Still its a bug i too waiting for the fix.
