Hey, I just thought I would share a quick tip on creating new folders in the Solus File browser. I'm not sure if this is something that only Solus does but, i'm pretty sure windows does not and I love this feature already.

Ctrl + Shift + N

Now most of us know that that creates a new folder but in Solus for instance, you have just downloaded a new zip file and wanted to create a new folder named after that zip to extract the file into. Then you can select the file and Ctrl+Shift+N and Solus will bring up the new file prompt and fill in the name of the file you selected. So simple yet so amazing...

In Nautilus, or probably file manager of choice, as long as you are in the folder you want to create the folder in, it's a great command, "so simple and so amazing", yes. I'm not sure I can break my right-click new folder addiction, however...

brent That's how I feel about all keyboard short cuts but once you go shortcut you wont go back...
