Installing Open Bangla software

Hello There!
I'm new to solus operating system. Recently I got the news that solus doesn't support any .deb files. I want to install "Open Bangla" software to write Bangla language anywhere. Can anyone make this .deb file to .eopkg package manager?

Instead of unpacking the .deb file, it should be built from source and they provide instructions for Solus :
