How to change the look, position and size of app launcher using css

I wanted to customize my desktop to make it look ios-like. I need to position the appmenu, and change the color and size. I didn't find anything helpful on google. I really need help.
More about what I need:

class names of menu items, and the the sections (like: development, all, graphics, games, etc)
class name of the menu "application" in case it's an application

So I'm not entirely sure what DE your using, assuming it's Budgie or Gnome, you can theme it to look more like Big Sur. I'm not sure how you'd get to an iOS look and feel given that's built on a mobile paradigm and Solus is focused on desktop computing.

For Big Sur

In Budgie - Set the panel to dock mode in Budgie Desktop Settings
In Gnome - you'll need Tweaks and Dash to Dock (if it's been updated for Gnome 40)
Download the WhiteSur GTK theme and install that
Download the WhiteSur or mkOS-Big Sur icon pack and install that
Download the Big Sur cursors and install those

If you're looking for something truly mobile inspired, you may be better suited looking at something like EndlessOS or JingOS. I think JingOS is only supporting x86 devices currently, not sure what your machine is. Endless does have an x86-64 iso available.

Brucehankins Thank you, but actually, I didn't mean mac like. I meant "ios-like".

I've already customized the css of the windows, and changed some styling of panel to make it look like that of the picture. Now I have to change the application launcher to look like that of the window.

Also, I have this one unrelated question. Why can I see through the other open windows (firefox headerbar transparency for some reason ignores other open windows.
(please ignore the open tabs and the border-radius thingy. I was just testing things out)

That image looks like its using this GNOME extension:

It has tons of different menu options, including one I think they call raven that looks just like that. Then you would need a different theme, like Orchis for something similar to that.
