Adding a small black border around budgie-panel

Hello. I'm playing around with themes today and one thing I would like to have in particular is a small 1 or 2 pixel thick black border around my top budgie panel. Not sure how to go about this, I don't have much experience with GTK. Any help or insight would be appreciated. Thanks.

I wonder why do you need that. There is a nice Shadow option for the Panel BTW 🙂

I found a kinda cheaty solution. First run the following in the terminal. cd ~/.config/gtk-3.0/. Now run nano gtk.css. Now enter the following:

.budgie-panel{
margin:2px;
}

Now, open up any image editor program, import your desktop's bg picture, and add a black box towards the top. Now export the image, and set it as the desktop's bg.
