Hi!
Normally I work with 4 different workspaces, where I use several applications (of course... 🤣) or multiple instances of the same application (Vivaldi).
Now, at every reboot, because I switch off the Notebook to save energy at the end of the day, or because I've a crash (I'm looking at you, IDEA) and I need to restart, or the Network Manager spins after plugging/unplugging the dock (USB3 over Thunderbolt) and I need to restart, I've to place every single instance of each app in the correct display and workspace.
So, here is my question: is there a way in Solus to save the currently used display and workspace and reuse this information at the next start of the application (or each instance of it, if required)? So I don't need to place everything again and again.
I know that some parts are slowly developed (just to make it clear: no problems with this; except for some spins of the NetworkManager, it works since 2017, when I've installed it), so I'm open to use also 3rd party software, if available in our repo.
Thanks for any help.
