My system doesn't wake after screen lock/suspend/sleep

Just as stated in the title, when my screen gets locked or I suspend my laptop, I get a blank black screen and can't get back in until I reboot. This is what I get -

I don't know if it's related but the issue started once I enabled flatpak and installed this music player .
Any help will be really appreciated. I also updated my system today if it helps.

Same here with MATE after suspend, rollback to previous sync solves the problem.

Budgie and BSPWM. Facing the issue in both of them. How do I rollback? Is it because of the update?

The boot time has also increased by almost 5 mins, I get that black screen before the login screen.

I will try to switch to lts then do an update see if it solves my issue

update:
LTS doesn't work for me (no wifi), so I did an eopkg update with the kernel 5.13, so problem came back.
I've switch to previous linux-current 5.12.13.186, problem still there, I don't understand why (????).
So I've switch to linux-current 5.12.13.185, problem is gone! yeah! 😅
