Gpu at 100% when at DE

my GPU is at 99% usage and core clock goes to top. Gpu memory is at normal idle 100MHz.
There needs to be some bug in one of the packages that did it. I got an AMD RX5700XT GPU.

Ok, there is a issue with current kernel, cmd:
* sudo clr-boot-manager set-kernel com.solus-project.current.5.12.11-183^C
and going back to 5.12.11-183 solved my GPU issue

[unknown] My GPU is Asrock RX5700XT founder edition, regarding drives it's all what Solus provides in stable repo.

So anyone using RX5700, 5700XT or Vega don't update you kernel to 5.12.13

JoshStrobl thanks josh. this patch works on the 6800xt as well.
however its stil much hotter on solus than windows. not even when gaming in windows does it reach 60C, while it does eventually reach 60 on solus (but not constantly 60 as before the patch) and the fans kick in - this is normal desktop usage, not gaming

i seem to remember a couple of months seeing a headline about better power management for the 6000 series coming at some stage, 5.13 maybe, until then, thanks for the patch, made things much better
