  • Cannot mix incompatible Qt library (5.15.2) with this library (5.15.3)

I restarted the system, everything is up to data. Can I somehow purge/clean those old libs?

I tried it, but it's still said incompatible. I tried to check broken packages too. And there isn't any. 🙁

bycym Maybe there is a problem with your system database.
How many packages are installed in your system?
Get this info by running eopkg li | wc -l

i tried to rebuild the database, after a rollback and before a rollback but nothing. 🙁
      374 packages

have you ever build your own QT package? because we do not ship pacakges with 5.15.2 anymore

nope, i am using only your packages. (only discord came from snap as far as i know)

bycym Normally you should have 800-900 packages installed. So you have over 400 packages that your system doesn't recognize as installed, and it will never update them. At this point if you don't have any important stuff in your PC, I think if a faster way to reinstall the system than trying to fix this issue.

Is it possible the package manager somehow doesn't removed the previous library? or something like that? I tried tons of distro, and i really fell in love with your work. Last time i came from Ubuntu because they release from nowhere a new kernel and the virtualbox and my nvidia driver died. So you are my last hope. The last step will be windows, and i don't like to. 😃 Please help me

oh only reinstall could help? Because i've got a dual boot, and to create that was so much work.

I really like to switch to dwm or anything, but this tool is amazing.

bycym Ok, try this sudo eopkg it --reinstall -c desktop.gnome.core

bycym I don't think it will fix everything, there will be other packages that are needed to reinstall.
But still I think the reinstall is the best solution, because you will have a clean system.

this command broke my x 😃 anyway thank you, i started to reinstall my system.

bycym Yes, reinstalling the system is the best solution in this case. Your eopkg database was completely broken. Did you install python packages using pip command?
