Unable to login in solus 4.2 budgie .

I have installed solus 4.2 budgie in my laptop and botted successfully multiple times but after I have installed some application through software section like themes, graphics, multimedia , audio-video software I'm not able to login in my solus ( Maybe that's not the reason).
It only showing blank screen with a underscore (_) blinking on the top-left corner.
After I hit alt+f4 on my keyboard I got this.
How to solve this , I'm filling my correct password.

Actually first time I'm getting this error, before it didn't ask for this. Also I'm a biginner in Linux environment.

Try rollback before last software installations that could brought issues, don't rollback too much, just 2 or 3 steps.

Sounds like you maybe didn't fully update your system (and installing those programs pulled in some updates, but not all, thus breaking everything)?
Try a sudo eopkg up, let it update and then reboot.
