I didn't reply with help, because I had none to offer, and I suspect that may have applied to most others as well. My Dell laptop (Solus KDE edition) pairs automatically with my TOZO bluetooth earbuds whenever I take them out of their case to use them, and that pairing has worked fine for several years.
Since our software is apparently identical, I suspect that the problem may be specific to your hardware. You might have better luck getting help if you identify your computer and what make and mode of headset you're trying to pair with it.
With a little luck, someone here might have had the same problem with a similar device, and be able offer a fix or suggest a workaround for you.
